Continued work started at Flemingdon Labs, including maintaining the largest complete on-line Pathology database in Canada. Named responsible for all system designs produced by the company. Also managed entire project cycles, from concept to installation. Conducted all system demonstrations and marketing support. Recognition included lecturing at the Toronto Institute of Medical Technology in Laboratory Computerization. Was entirely responsible for the introduction of programming and documentation standards, and the development of a production release system. Wrote a full-windowing application screen handler which was later adopted as the company standard. Re-designed a complete laboratory computer system to include both private and hospital lab requirements. Supervised the work of five other programmers.
